Since having a scroll saw at the shed and guided by Jim Nitschke, there have been numerous and very intricate shapes cut out.
Before cutting a shape, you need to search for free scroll saw images, print the one you want to cut out, use glue on the reverse side of the paper and paste it onto the wooden surface. Cut out your shape and when finished, peel the paper off to reveal the final cut out.
It is best to start out with some basic and not too hard design cut outs.
